Orient B3 Full Hydraulic Integrated Surface Down-The-Hole Drill Rig

Orient B3A integrated down the hole drill rig is the upgraded version of Orient B3 with Automatic Pipe Handling System (APHS) and aluminum feed beam. It allows the operator run the pipe changing action on the console easily and quickly. All the main spare parts are supplied by the international famous suppliers. Concerning the separated drill rigs, the power of the diesel engine is reduced by about 35%, and the maintenance cost is reduced by 50%.
It upgrades the engine to Cummins 154 kW. With this more powerful engine, it makes the bigger holes to 90-130 mm.
With Automatic Pipe Handling System (APHS), less workers are needed, rises the efficiency up to 15% more.
With great design, strong screw air compressor and hydraulic system, the whole design of the B3A solves the problems of air compressor transportation, air pressure and air volume loss, and also improves productivity.
